D.O.G.E. Reports 256 Wasteful Contracts Have Been Terminated

Yesterday, DOGE posted to X, “Over the last 4 days, agencies terminated 256 wasteful contracts with a ceiling value of $14.3B and savings of $11.5B .…”

One of the contracts included was a $850k professional services contract from USAID to a “resilience advisor” in Somalia. (More)

All Time Low Border Crossings

Illegal immigrant encounters, for the month of June, were the lowest on record. The southern border only had 6,070 encounters. The southern border also had a record low single-day at 137 encounters on June 28.

This makes two straight months of ZERO illegal immigrants being released into the U.S. interior and “gotaways” are estimated to be 90% lower than June of last year. (More)
